This private food and historical tour is all the best of Split! You will have several traditional food tastings with local grappa and wine, always finishing with homemade icecream. All this by walking through ancient Diocletian’s palace, mesmerising Pjaca and Prokurative squares. Varoš old peasant neighborhood.
If the tour is organized by 12pm you get to visit Pazar-our charming farmers market where all seasonal organic mediterranean ingredients are sold by local farmers, so there we will have soparnik swiss chard pie, cured meats and cheeses, seasonal fruit and veggies…

Inside Diocletian’s palace at “konoba” local tavern style restaurant -we will have octopus salad. Gnocchi with truffles, seafood pasta and wine. If the tour starts after 12pm instead of Pazar green market we stop at local wine bar to have croatian style tapas paired with white and red wine.
Varoš the old peasant neighborhood; we will have ćevapi-beef sausages that are most popular street food.
Finish with homemade icecream.
